 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 50 % advance payment required to hold a booking 14 days prior to the event
2. Fuel and transport costs will be charged as extras
3. Full Balance of payment on arrival at the event not at the end of the show is required.
4. Client to provide food accommodation for the sound crew if over 12 hours including travel time.
5. Mains power 32 amp single or three phase power is required if not see (6)
6. Generator power 32 amp single or three phase. Use of generators and audio equipment can be tricky as generators can cause damage with voltage drops and often power amplifiers drawing current under load cause  fluctuating current This can cause very expensive damage to PA equipment.  So we would like to help you get the right type and size to avoid the pa not working and or getting damaged.
7. Accidental Damage while equipment is at your event spilt drinks, other liquids, rain, smoking around DJ equipment mixing desks will have to be charged at full cleaning and or replacement costs.
8. If outdoors a suitable safe cover from the wind and rain is essential for us to be able to operate. ( we can supply options )
9. 50 % Deposits must be received 14 days or earlier to the  event date delivery start time.
10. Cancelation the 50 % deposit is non refundable once deposited. If less than 48 hours notice given full balance will be chargeable.
11. Rehearsal sound check time is essential.
12. We can't be held responsible if rehearsals and sound checks aren't completed early of the event. We throughourly recommend that time is allocated for this  and bands DJ's artists turn up with plenty of notice and prepared for a sound check.
